ACD is pleased to announce that our customer support is now available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Effective March 1st, we have expanded our customer support
hours for all customers, including residential. You may call us at any time for help with all of your services.
While larger business and institutional customers have had 24 by 365 customer support, we have expanded this service to all of our customers.
Business and Institutional customers still have a priority-pin support number that will get them priority support from our network operations center.

Our support staff are located at our Lansing, MI datacenter and are available for hands-on 24x7x365 support of our collocation customers, as well.
