If you are having or start having problems sending email, but can receive mail, please enable outgoing server authentication in your email program. Directions are as follows;
You may only be missing the outgoing server authentication on Outlook/Outlook Express. If you go in to Tools, then Accounts. Then click on your email account and hit properties. Go in to the Servers Tab,

Make sure that in the “Account name:” it has the full email address,
click on "My outgoing server requires authentication." Then click on settings and
make sure the bullet is in the spot for "Use same settings as incoming mail
server." Click “Apply” then “OK” Then Close out till you are back to your inbox.
YOUR DONE SEND MAIL!!!
