ACD's Ultraspeed Ethernet First Mile (EFM) service delivers extremely reliable speeds that is scalable from five megabits to several hundred megabits. This service is a great value to businesses that have intensive bandwidth needs and require a simple, managed, reliable solution. Ultraspeed EFM utilizes redundant connections from our central offices making it.

This service is based upon Ethernet in the First Mile technology, with availability equal to our DSL coverage areas. ACD UltraSpeed EFM service is extremely reliable, and is directly connected to our fiber network. Your connection is fully monitored and maintained from our Network Operations Command Center, there is no question that your connection will be reliable.

This service can provide the data layer for SIP phone service, iPBX Hosted Phone Service, and PRI Service, since ACD provides full Quality of Service.
